FOUNDER
Elroy Johnson III
Having grown up in the inner city and without a father, Elroy personally understands challenges and pain. These life experiences gave him the insight to understand what men face today. Elroy has grown to be an entrepreneur and businessman that owns several successful companies. His goal is to encourage people to reach their highest potential and purpose in life. He believes that regardless of your past or current situation, it’s never too late to be the king God has created you to be. His prayer for you is that you know that you are not alone, to prosper spiritually and physically. Elroy enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with his family.

Rose Johnson
I am a graduate of Oklahoma Wesylan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. I worked in the field of nursing for over 23 years as an Operating Room Charge Nurse and Educator for the Surgical Services Department. I am currently preparing for licensing as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I will be working alongside my husband Elroy Johnson III. I have a ministry for hurting females. The name of the Ministry is United Sisters by Rose. I am an ordained Pastor and Minister. I have been blessed to be the bride of my king Elroy for soon to be 38 years. God blessed our union with thee wonderful children, Elroy IV and our twins, Anthony and Mica. Mica is married to Quentin and they have blessed us with our wonderful granddaughter Mercy Marie McKenzie. In my spare time I enjoy learning about the Things of God, spending time with those close to me, (especially my Mercy girl),traveling, swimming, dancing, and going to exotic destinations. Most of all I love spreading the gospel.
TREATMENT COORDINATOR
Mica Mckenzie
Mica is AEP’S Treatment Coordinator. She has worked extensively in Crisis Intervention and De-escalation. She specializes in working with high-risk clients and outpatient resource management. Mica has years of experience in treatment coordination. She has obtained her Master’s in Psychology. When she is not working, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and cooking.
GLOBAL OPERATIONS & MARKETING
Quentin Mckenzie
Quentin is a graduate of East Texas Baptist University. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration. Quentin, affectionately known as “Q” was formerly a Director of Housing. He also has experience in marketing, client relations, medical billing, and asset recovery. Q enjoys sports and podcasting.
